Turmeric Cooler Juice

2 inch piece of turmeric
1 bunch romaine lettuce
3 carrots
1 cucumber with ends removed
1 lemon with peel removed

All Root Juice

5 Carrots
1/2 Beet
1 Cucumber
1/2 Parsley bunch

Pineapple Combo

½ small pineapple
3 sticks of celery
1-2 heads of Romaine lettuce
1 cucumber
1-inch ginger-root

I am confident to say that juicing is a great way for your body to get all the essential nutrients it needs to fight inflammation. It is better than just eating raw produce. You will get more nutrition through juices.

Yet, you have to be cautious and not to overdo it. Every thing with food has to be moderate.

When it comes to juice recipes, if you don't keep tab on the sugar content, you can have too much sugar. This is not healthy. To prevent overload of sugar, use more veggies and less fruits.
